Installation
Green Screen MT is suitable for both wall and ceiling mounting.
The appropriate mounting material must be selected according to the conditions of the wall or ceiling. The load-bearing capacity must be at least 7 kg per side. For ceiling mounting, hooks are recommended, whereas rounded head screws should be used for wall mounting. When mounting on drywall, it is essential that each screw is screwed into a wall stud. Use a spirit level to ensure
straight installation, and be sure to pre-drill the holes.
Operation Extending
Pull the handle down at a 90-degree angle, and let the screen rise up a little to lock in place at your desired length.
Retracting
Pull the handle down until it is fully extended, and let it rise at a steady pace. To avoid damage, do not release until the entire screen is in its housing.
Tip:
Use the included lanyard to better control the screen when extending and retracting.
Precautions
- Choose mounting materials that are appropriate for your wall or ceiling, and use screws with sufficient load-bearing capacity to prevent detachment.
- Use only the handle or included lanyard to extend and retract the screen.
- When children are present, special care should be taken when setting up and using the screen.
- Retract the screen when not in use.
- Do not expose the screen to direct sunlight.
- Do not place the screen in places subjected to strong drafts which may cause movement and subsequently reduce image quality.
- Keep the screen clean. If the canvas becomes dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth. You can also moisten the cloth with water and mild detergent. Benzine, thinner, and other volatile chemicals can permanently damage the canvas, and should therefore not be used.
- The canvas material must not be ironed. Small creases or folds will self-heal over time.
