MINI-TRAINER
Introduction
To get the most out of your new mini-trainer, please read through these instructions before use. Please also save the instructions in case you need to refer to them at a later date.

General safety instructions
Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
If appropriate, plan a personal exercise program in consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, or fi fitness instructor.
Listen to your body when exercising.
Remember to warm up, and don’t push yourself too hard, particularly at the start of any exercise program. The wrong type of training or training too hard may be damaging to your health.
Remember that it takes time and sustained eff ort to get in shape.
Warm up for 2-5 minutes before starting to exercise and stretch for 2-5 minutes afterward.
Avoid exercising immediately before or after eating.
Always wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Keep your hands and feet clear of moving parts where they could become trapped.
Always place the equipment on a fi rm, fl at the surface, preferably on a mat designed for exercise equipment. There must be at least 60 cm of free space on all four sides of the
equipment.
The mini-trainer may be used by children over 8 years old and people with reduced sensitivity, or a physical or mental disability, as long as they are supervised or have been instructed in the use of the equipment in a safe manner and have thus understood the associated risks. Children must not play with the mini-trainer. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are supervised.
When the mini-trainer is in use, it should be monitored continuously. When the mini trainer is in use, any children near it must not be left unattended.
The mini-trainer is not a toy.
Remember to check the equipment regularly. Tighten all screws, bolts, and nuts on the equipment as required. Inspect the equipment and replace any worn parts. Do not use the equipment if it is defective.
The mini-trainer is only intended for indoor use in private households.

Assembly and preparation
Lay all the pieces out on the fl door and check that all the parts are there.
Step 1
Screw the front stabilizer (12) securely to the frame (1) using 2 screws (9) and 2 washers(10).
Step 2
Screw the rear stabilizer (11) securely to the frame (1) using 2 screws (9) and 2 washers (10).
Step 3
Attach the left pedal (2, marked “L”) to the left pedal shaft (3, marked “L”), and screw it securely anticlockwise using the spanner provided (7).
Attach the right pedal (2, marked “R”) to the right pedal shaft (3, marked “RK”), and screw it securely clockwise using the spanner provided (7).
Secure the pedals on both sides using a screw (16). Note that the screw cannot be screwed all the way in.
Loosen the lock screws (14) and adjust the pedal straps (15) to your feet on the pedals.
Tighten the lock screws (14) again.
Step 4
Tilt the computer (6) clear of the frame (1) using a screwdriver or similar and lift it out carefully. Insert 1 x 1.5 V AAA battery. Check that the batteries are correctly fitted.
Use
Place the mini-trainer on a non-slip surface at a suitable distance in front of your seat.
You must have suffi client space to be able to move your legs freely.
Place your feet on the pedals so that they are held in place by the pedal straps.
Adjust the tension as required using the tension knob (4).
Pedal and do not remove your feet from the pedals until they have stopped completely.
You can also place the mini-trainer on a table and move the pedals with your arms.
Using the computer
When the pedals are rotated, the computer (6) comes on automatically.
The speed (in MPH) is shown on the top line of the display. By pressing the button (5) you can choose between the following displays on the bottom line of the display:

You can reset all the values by pressing and holding the button (5) for 3 seconds.
The computer automatically goes into sleep mode when it or the equipment has been inactive for around 4 minutes.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe the mini-trainer regularly with a well-wrung cloth.
Check the condition of the equipment regularly and tighten any bolts, screws, and nuts as necessary.
