TIPS

IMPORTANT! The Knife Sharpener is not suitable for sharpening serrated blades.

To avoid injury, always handle knives with extreme care. Use a slow and steady motion

Repeat the process 3-4 times on both sides for the best result.

NOTE: If the knife being sharpened has a high carbon content, sparks may appear when the blade comes into contact with the grinding wheel. This is perfectly normal.

NOTE: Due to the speed of the grinding discs inside, it may also produce a vibrating sound.

CAUTION: Do not run the Knife Sharpener for more than 3 minutes each time. Allow 15-20 minutes cooling time between uses.

WARNING! Avoid touching any edges of knives, scissors, or screwdrivers after sharpening. We recommend using a single sheet of paper to test a clean cut. A blunt edge just tears the paper, meaning it requires more grinding.

Thoroughly clean knives after the sharpening process in order to remove any metal filings that can build up around the blade and may transfer to food.

Always store sharpened tools safely away out of reach of children.
